Ingredients

Rice
  • 120 g (1/2 cup) basmati rice
Vegan Salmon Tartare
  • 1 filet of WOOP4 Plant-Based Salmon, cubed
  • 1 green apple, cut into small pieces
  • 1 mango, cut into small pieces
  • 45 ml (3 tbsp) grapeseed oil
  • 30 ml (2 tbsp) lemon juice
  • 15 ml (1 tbsp) chopped fresh parsley
  • 15 ml (1 tbsp) chopped chives
  • 15 ml (1 tbsp) Dijon mustard
  • 2.5 ml (1/2 tsp) hot sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Sesame seeds (optional)
  • Green apple slices for garnish

PREPARATION

STEP 1
Cook the basmati rice according to product instructions and leave to cool.
STEP 2
Combine all the other ingredients in a bowl except green apple slices and leave to stand for 5 minutes.
STEP 3
Divide the rice between service bowls and top with the salmon tartare. Garnish with green apple slices.
