Ingredients

  • 1 filet of WOOP4 Plant-Based Tropical Piranha, cubed
  • 1 avocado, cubed
  • 30 ml (2 tbsp) finely chopped strawberries
  • 30 ml (2 tbsp) Mama Yo! vegan egg-free mayonnaise
  • 15 ml (1 tbsp) coconut oil
  • 15 ml (1 tbsp) lemon juice
  • 15 ml (1 tbsp) coriander
  • 2.5 ml (1/2 tsp) hot sauce
  • Grated coconut (to taste)
  • Star fruit slice for garnish

PREPARATION

STEP 1
Combine all the ingredients in a bowl except the grated coconut and the star fruit slice, then leave to stand for 5 minutes. Shape into individual servings using a measuring cup. Eat on toasted bread croutons, tortilla chips or dig in with a fork.
STEP 2
For an outstanding presentation, serve in halved coquitos (miniature coconuts from Chile).
