PREPARATION
STEP 1
Cook the basmati rice according to product instructions and leave to cool.
STEP 2
Combine all the marinade ingredients in a bowl. Marinate the WOOP4 Plant-Based Salmon or Plant-Based Tuna for 15 minutes.
STEP 3
Lay rice at the bottom of service bowls, then top with the marinated plant-based fish and the rest of the ingredients. Serve with lime wedges.
