Ingredients

  • 1 filet of WOOP4 Plant-Based Salmon, cubed
  • 1 green apple, cut into small pieces
  • 45 ml (3 tbsp) grapeseed oil
  • 30 ml (2 tbsp) lemon juice
  • 30 ml (2 tbsp) chopped shallots
  • 15 ml (1 tbsp) chopped chives
  • 15 ml (1 tbsp) Dijon mustard
  • 2.5 ml (1/2 tsp) hot sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Sesame seeds (optional)

PREPARATION

STEP 1
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and leave to stand for 5 minutes. Shape into individual servings using a measuring cup. Serve with toasted bread croutons or tortilla chips.
