PREPARATION
STEP 1
Cook the basmati rice according to product instructions and leave to cool.
STEP 2
Combine all the other ingredients in a bowl except green apple slices and leave to stand for 5 minutes.
STEP 3
Divide the rice between service bowls and top with the salmon tartare. Garnish with green apple slices.
